❓ Role Summary
We’re looking for a stone-cold Account Executive (Hunter) who lives to open seven-figure TPV doors. In a well-funded fintech that’s quietly building the FIAT + Stablecoin global payments network (faster rails, 90 % cheaper than SWIFT, already moving hundreds of millions across borders), you’ll be the very first dedicated hunter. Full-cycle, zero hand-holding, reporting straight to the Head of Sales. If the smell of a fresh $1 M+ monthly deal makes you wake up before your alarm, this seat was built for you.
⚡ What you’ll do
- Hunt and close net-new logos that each generate ≥ $1 M monthly cross-border TPV
- Own the entire sales cycle: cold outreach → discovery → demo → negotiation → close
- Target importers/exporters, trading houses, payroll platforms, and fintechs bleeding money on legacy rails
- Shape the go-to-market playbook for LATAM + English-speaking markets alongside the founders
- Partner with Product & Ops to turn complex client needs into shipped features
- Ruthlessly prioritize pipeline, hit quota, and make the number non-negotiable
- Document wins (and losses) so the next rep stands on your shoulders
🎯 What we’re looking for
- 5+ years crushing B2B quota carrying roles
- Proven history of closing $1 M+ ACV/TPV deals (fintech, payments, or cross-border = huge plus)
- You’ve sold to import/export companies, marketplaces, or remittance players before
- Business-fluent English + Spanish (Portuguese = instant shortlist)
- Ice-cold prospecting skills: you still smile when someone hangs up on you
- You can run a mutual action plan in your sleep and never lose a deal to “no decision”
- MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or Command of the Message in your DNA
- Comfortable being the first hunter – no playbook, just results

- Closed deals with stablecoin or crypto on-ramps/off-ramps
- Existing network in trading companies or freight forwarders across LATAM
- Experience selling into enterprises that move >$50 M/month across borders
- You’ve built a territory from scratch and took it to $10 M+ ARR
