Leading the design process and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, the Project Architect plays a crucial role in achieving project success. Responsabilities:

• Lead the architectural and technical design process of the project, developing creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee design quality, conducting regular reviews and providing guidance to the design team to ensure a high-quality final outcome.
• Maintain the integrity of the project's Documentation Set and the BIM model, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all project stages.
• Collaborate closely with other project team members, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to effectively coordinate design and project implementation.
• Actively participate in design and construction coordination, ensuring seamless integration of architectural and technical aspects of the project.

Competences & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Full-time, hybrid position.
• +3 years of experience in architectural design and technical development in construction projects, preferably in a BIM environment.
• ONLY Advanced/Fluent in English speakers will be considered.
• Previous work experience developing projects for the US is a must.
• In-depth working knowledge in construction with emphasis production work in a team environment and project setup required.
• Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit for advanced modeling and documentation, Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Dynamo/Python for visual programming and automation is a nice to have.
• Enthusiastic, team player, and quick learner
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate with different teams and disciplines.
