Role Overview
As a role focused on achieving outcomes, the Project Manager's responsibilities are adaptable and dynamic, potentially undergoing significant changes to align with company, team, and project objectives.
Emphasizing action, the primary goal is to drive progress and coordinate efforts to enhance outcomes. Balancing priorities among company requirements, client expectations, project needs, and team dynamics.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all project-related activities from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
Develop and maintain the project schedule, identifying key milestones and assigning resources to meet established deadlines.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resources to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
Act as the main point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring clear and effective communication to understand and meet client needs.
Manage the project budget, monitoring costs and ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
Identify and proactively resolve project issues and risks, implementing effective solutions to mitigate any negative impacts on the final outcome.
Supervise the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets client standards and requirements, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
Collaborate with the Project Architect to ensure successful and seamless project execution.
Requirements
Demonstrated previous experience in project management in the AEC industry or related fields.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
ONLY Advanced/Fluent English speakers will be considered.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and dynamic environment.
Solid knowledge of project management practices and tools, as well as industry regulations and standards.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
