Senior / Staff Platform Engineer
They build the infrastructure that helps companies understand and optimize how they appear across AI-powered search engines and assistants. Their platform is used by some of the largest brands in the world to monitor, analyze, and act on how AI systems describe and recommend them — a category that didn't exist two years ago and is now critical to how companies think about visibility and growth.
The Buenos Aires engineering hub is a core part of how they build — not a satellite office, not a support team. Engineers here work on the same problems, with the same ownership, as the team in New York.
Platform Engineer
They're looking for a full-stack Platform Engineer to work across the systems that hold the product together: Auth, Billing, core Business Logic, the Admin Panel, self-serve improvements, and internal tooling. This isn't a role where you own one layer — you'll move across the stack and take features from idea to production.
It's a good fit if you care about the whole system, not just your slice of it, and you're comfortable making product and technical decisions in the same conversation.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain features across Auth, Billing, and core Business Logic — the systems every customer and team member touches
Own self-serve improvements that reduce friction for users and reduce load on internal teams
Work on the Admin Panel and internal tooling — interfaces that make the team faster and the product more operable
Collaborate closely with product and design to scope, build, and ship across the full stack
Identify gaps in reliability or user experience and fix them without waiting to be asked
Who you are
4+ years building product across the full stack — you've shipped things that real users use
Strong React and TypeScript on the frontend — you write UI that works well and holds up under real usage
Solid backend experience in Python or Node.js — you're comfortable with APIs, databases, and the logic that sits between them
PostgreSQL or equivalent — you model data thoughtfully and understand the tradeoffs
You've worked on Auth or Billing systems before and understand why they require more care than a typical CRUD feature
You take ownership end-to-end: design decisions, edge cases, production incidents, and everything in between
Fluent English — the broader team is in New York and collaboration is daily
Bonus if you have
Experience with Next.js in production
Exposure to AI/ML integrations in a product context
Background in developer tools or B2B SaaS
You're Probably Not a Fit If
You strongly prefer to stay in one layer of the stack
You're used to receiving detailed specs and following them — this team moves faster than that
You haven't owned a feature from start to finish, including what happens after it ships
Location
Based in Buenos Aires, in-office 4–5 days/week (Palermo)
Benefits & Perks
Flexible equipment: Laptop and office setup covered so you can work the way you work best.
Food & transport: Meals and rides home covered on late nights.
$150 USD/month wellness stipend: Spend it on fitness, gear, or whatever keeps you at your best.
Flexible PTO: Vacation within normal ranges, taken when it makes sense for you and the team.
Occasional travel: Some trips are part of the role — fully covered when they come up.
Relocation support: Full relocation package available, including for candidates moving from other states.
If you want to work on the systems that hold a product together — and you're comfortable owning both the UI and the logic behind it — this is the role.
