You’ll be the second mobile engineer. You’ll work side by side with th Founding Mobile Engineer to build the foundations, the present, and the future of mobile here.

Your job: build the best damn mobile experience for thousands of entrepreneurs running their entire business from their phone. Speed. Polish. Obsession.

What you’ll be working on

• Evolve our mobile capabilities and push the limits of what can be done

• Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders

• Define, build, and improve the tools and architecture behind our mobile app

• Ship high-quality apps fast, while always improving UX and performance

• Monitor usage and performance to identify what’s missing or broken

• Create internal tools, reusable components, and ways to ship faster

What we’re looking for

1. Mobile engineering

• You’ve built and shipped mobile apps using React Native

• You’re comfortable with both iOS and Android

• You’ve already worked on a product with a large user base

• You know how mobile talks to the backend and how to debug it

2. Product and design mindset

• You care about good UX and clear UI

• You think in terms of users, not features

• You’ve built polished components with strong attention to detail

• You know iOS and Android don’t behave the same and plan accordingly

3. Performance and data

• You know how to build scalable and maintainable code

• You care about what to measure and how it impacts business and users

• You track behavior, usage, and performance, and improve based on it

4. How you think

• You care about why we build things, not just how

• You ask smart questions, challenge ideas when needed, and help shape what’s next

• You think in terms of user value and business impact

5. How you work

• You communicate clearly, give feedback with no ego, and help others grow

• You move fast, take ownership, and thrive in ambiguity

• You're comfortable working in English — and in a small team with big goals

What matters to us

• You’ve worked in mobile-first companies

• You’ve built or contributed to apps with more than 1 million downloads

• You’re excellent at React Native

• You have 4+ years of experience in mobile

• You’re proactive, autonomous, and know how to fill the gaps

• You can communicate in English, since that's our official language. Most of the team also speaks Spanish and French
