About the company
They are building the finance-first All-In-One Operating System for private education across Latin America.
Already trusted by 1,000+ schools and hundreds of thousands of families in Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador.
Well-funded with $89M raised, fresh $50M debt facility, and a transformative acquisition that turns them into the full-stack OS for schools.
Mission: give every school perfect clarity, zero financial surprises, and the cash flow to never close its doors.
Role Overview
After acquiring a new edtech company, they inherited a fully functional Admissions module that is already used by hundreds of schools – but it needs to be deeply integrated into our platform, modernized, and elevated into the best-in-class B2B enterprise experience in the region.
They are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Admissions to own this mission-critical product area end-to-end. You will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the entire admissions and enrollment lifecycle, turning a good acquired product into a category-defining experience for school administrators and families.
This role combines deep B2B/enterprise SaaS product leadership, complex workflow design, heavy integration challenges, and relentless focus on user experience. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Platform, Data, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver a seamless, configurable, and delightful admissions journey.
Your leadership will shape how thousands of schools onboard their students and directly impact the company growth as the OS for private education in Latin America.
