They operate in a mission-critical environment where delivery failures directly impact customer trust, revenue, and regulatory confidence. Payments, billing, reconciliation, integrations, and SIS workflows must ship predictably, safely, and at high quality.

As the platform scales across multiple countries and integrates new systems, execution complexity has grown significantly. They need a senior leader focused exclusively on ensuring that what they commit to actually gets delivered—reliably and repeatedly.

This role exists to professionalize delivery as a first-class capability:

• Reduce firefighting and unplanned work

• Improve predictability across squads and initiatives

• Surface delivery risks early and resolve them decisively

• Enable teams to move faster without breaking trust

What You’ll Lead

Your focus will be on delivery excellence across Product & Engineering.

You will lead execution to:

• Establish predictable delivery rhythms across all squads

• Ensure clear planning, realistic commitments, and reliable follow-through

• Drive cross-squad alignment and dependency management across:

  • Payments and reconciliation

  • Billing and invoicing

  • SIS and third-party integrations (e.g., Algebraix, Idukay)

  • Platform, QA, and reliability initiatives

• Define and enforce delivery readiness standards for mission-critical releases

• Reduce unplanned work, last-minute scope changes, and reactive firefighting

• Create shared visibility into delivery health, risks, and progress

What You’ll Do Day to Day

• Review delivery health across squads, initiatives, and markets (MX, CO, EC)

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to plan high-confidence execution

• Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks, dependencies, and delivery risks

• Ensure high-quality requirements, acceptance criteria, and definitions of ready/done

• Coordinate release readiness and go/no-go decisions for critical systems

• Surface risks early and escalate decisively when trust, revenue, or quality is at risk

• Continuously improve delivery processes, tooling, and operating cadence

Who You Are

They are looking for a senior execution leader who combines systems thinking, delivery rigor, and strong judgment.

Minimum Requirements

• 7+ years in delivery leadership, product operations, technical program management, or senior agile roles

• Experience coordinating multiple squads in SaaS, fintech, or mission-critical environments

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, agile practices, and release management

• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across technical and non-technical teams

• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, services, integrations, and data flows

• Strong facilitation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills

• Data-driven and outcome-oriented mindset

• Ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining trust and psychological safety

• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, billing, or financial operations platforms

• Familiarity with multi-country delivery environments in Latin America

• Experience working through periods of scale, transformation, or post-acquisition integration

• Exposure to QA automation, reliability engineering, or platform modernization initiatives

• Familiarity with delivery analytics or AI-enabled operational insights
