Senior Product Manager (Financial Ops)
Department: Product
Reports to: Head of Product Management
About the Company
They are building the finance-first operating system for education in Latin America. They power over 1,000 schools across Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador to manage payments, billing, academic operations, and financial products on a single platform. With $89M raised, they are scaling aggressively to transform how educational institutions operate.
Their mission: deliver schools total clarity, accuracy, and confidence—driven by technology and AI.
The Opportunity
Schools deserve absolute financial clarity. As millions in tuition payments flow through the platform, they have a massive opportunity to give schools total visibility into their finances: what’s been invoiced, collected, advanced, and received—all in real time.
They are building the next generation of school financial operations. Instant automated reconciliations, comprehensive dashboards that hide nothing, self-service finance products that schools control themselves. Manual processes become intelligent, AI-powered workflows.
You will architect a financial operating system that scales without limits. Your work will define how more than 1,000 schools see and manage their money—through reconciliation tools that deliver instant clarity, reporting that drives confident decisions, and finance products that are transparent, predictable, and effortless to operate. This is a once-in-a-career chance to build infrastructure that will dominate Latin America and fundamentally change how schools run.
What you’ll lead
Your focus will be on building a best-in-class financial visibility and reconciliation experience for schools.
You will lead the product vision and execution to:
Deliver a clear, end-to-end view of the financial lifecycle:
Invoicing
Collections
Payments
Advances
Disbursements and cash received
Create customer-ready financial reports and exports that schools can independently understand, validate, and trust
Define consistent financial concepts, sources of truth, and reconciliation logic across the platform
Enable month-to-month reconciliation—even in the presence of advances, cut-offs, and multiple payment flows
Partner with Design to make complex financial data intuitive for non-finance users
Collaborate with Engineering to build scalable data models and systems that support accuracy and transparency
Work with Finance and Ops to translate operational complexity into simple, productized experiences
What you’ll do day to day
Identify the most valuable opportunities to improve financial clarity for schools
Define product solutions and work with engineering and design to deliver them
Partner with customer teams to understand how schools use financial reports in practice
Own the roadmap for reconciliation and customer-facing financial reporting
Balance near-term improvements with long-term platform foundations
