Senior Visual Designer
About the Company
They build the infrastructure that helps companies understand and control how they appear across AI-generated experiences — the layer where brands are now discovered, trusted, and chosen. In less than 18 months they've reached significant ARR, signed Fortune 500 clients, and closed a major funding round led by top-tier investors. They're now building a dedicated marketing site squad in Buenos Aires, and this is one of the first hires into it.
The Role
This is a Product Designer role for the marketing site squad — a new, dedicated team focused entirely on the public-facing web presence: landing pages, institutional site, campaign pages, and everything visitors see before they ever touch the product.
You'll work alongside a frontend engineer who's already on the ground, and be one of the first designers shaping how this company looks and feels to the world. The bar is high. They want a site that people screenshot and share — not one that just checks boxes.
This is not a pure UI execution role. You need to bring product thinking to every decision: what to prioritize, what to cut, how a page should actually work for the person reading it — not just how it looks.
What You'll Do
Own the design of the marketing site end to end — from concept to launch to iteration
Translate marketing goals and business priorities into experiences that are clear, compelling, and beautifully executed
Sweat the details: typography, spacing, motion, micro-interactions — the things that make a site feel alive
Work closely with the design and frontend engineers to bring your designs to life with precision
Move fast: sketch multiple directions, get to high-fidelity quickly, ship and iterate
Bring a product mindset to every page — think about the user, the funnel, the metric, not just the aesthetic
Contribute to evolving the visual language and design system for the public site
Who You Are
You have solid experience in web and visual design at an agency or in-house, working across multiple brands and projects
You understand product design — you think about users, metrics, and business goals, not just visual output
You are obsessed with visual detail: the spacing is right, the type is right, the motion feels intentional
You can animate things and bring interaction to life — you know when motion adds value and when it gets in the way
You work independently and make decisions without waiting for every detail to be defined
You have a portfolio that shows high-quality, high-craft work on real sites — not just product UI
You're comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and speed matters
You blur the line between designer and collaborator — you'll talk to engineers, ask questions, and push back when something won't work
Nice to Have
Experience prototyping or working directly in code (HTML/CSS, Framer, v0, or similar)
Familiarity with B2B SaaS or tech company marketing sites
Experience using AI tools in your design workflow
Note from the co-founder
In the evolving landscape of product development, exceptional design is not merely a nice-to-have — it is foundational. As software engineering becomes increasingly accessible, it is taste, creativity, and thoughtful execution that differentiate outstanding products from the rest.
I believe deeply that design sits at the core of our success. My goal is to build a design team renowned for setting a new standard of excellence, crafting experiences so compelling they become benchmarks in our industry.
